Great Seminar at the Minnesota Kali group, with Tom Oberhue head of the Five Rings Jiu Jitsu Academy in Oregon. Had a great time and learned a lot while reping BJJ LEGION!!

So i just got sponsor super pumped about that, running th club up here is cool we have a lot of great jiu jitsu practitionors up here. I got a purple belt and a black belt coming down from the cities on saturday to rank a few of my guys so train hard and train fast. For my first blog im not really knowing what to do so ya hit me up guys and maybe we ll roll some time!!!
