I attended a Royce Gracie seminar tonight. He spotted my Bjj Life belt and told me, "There's something wrong with you! That belt's crazy, you're not right." I took this as a complete compliment. Who else's apparel will get you insulted by legends of jiu-jitsu and MMA? Only The Bjj Lifestyle.

My Bjj Diet

First a brief history before I go into the details of my every day diet. I began the quest to get in shape and drop weight in Jan 2010 at 140 lbs. I drank soda every day and got litte exercise outside of work. So I bought a elliptical machine and began working out 15 min everyday and ditched the soda, and by the end of Jan I weighed 134 lbs. It was then I started to experiment with my diet. I started eating lots of bagged lettuce, peanuts,honeydew melon, watermelon, banana, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, and lean meats. I get 3 days off a week and go over to the parents house for dinner meals those days and stick to the other things for the rest of the day, and one day of the week I would just eat whatever I wanted for the other two meals and then go to the parents…

Hello everyone, I would like to personally thank Luke for the sponsorship now I can soon cross one thing of my list of childhood dreams "be a sponsored competitor in a athletic competition." A huge congrats to fellow BJJ LEGION soldeir Chad Stauffler for kickin' ass and taking names at the local BJJ tournament. He was able to rep the legion and make us all proud!
